What You'll Bring We are building a mission-driven team that aims to transform the essential supply chain industry. You will play an integral role on our insurance team, primarily responsible for generating new business and expanding our market in North America. We are headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with a growing office in London's insurance district. This role is based in the US from a remote home office, with an estimated 20% travel to domestic and international locations. Key Responsibilities Underwriting And Client Service
Underwrite submissions in alignment with our innovative data-driven approach.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the underwriting process.
Support peers in reviewing and educating on risk considerations.
Business Development And Innovation
Lead broker engagement and develop market relationships to drive submission volume.
Collaborate with leadership to create additional insurance solutions.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for differentiated coverage and business expansion.
Implement a strategic distribution plan to cultivate and expand relationships, ensuring sustainable pipeline growth.
Support client engagement in our geographic expansion efforts.
Portfolio Management
Manage a diversified Cargo and Logistics portfolio focused on achieving GWP growth, profitability, and high renewal retention rates.
Collaborate with our claims team to maintain an industry-leading loss ratio.

Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine cargo or logistics underwriting or broking. Proven track record of successful portfolio management and achieving growth targets.
Innovative Underwriting Skills: Demonstrated ability to underwrite and assess submissions in alignment with innovative guidelines. Strong analytical skills with a focus on utilizing data insights for intelligent underwriting practices.
Client Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey our insurance approach to brokers. Proven experience in servicing marine cargo and logistics risk submissions, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Results-Oriented Performance: Track record of achieving and surpassing performance metrics, including GWP targets, submission rates, and renewal retention.
