- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in reinsurance or the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and customer service principles.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
