ResponsibilitiesProvide expert post-production support and enhancement services across multiple areas of Workday Financials, serving as a subject matter expert to support team members and clients.
Participate in advisory, planning, and implementation of additional Workday Financial modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and configuring best practices.
Manage client relationships, resolving support requests ranging from operational issues to strategic roadmap services, including phase x implementations and enhancement projects.
Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze complex business requirements and scope project deliverables.
Collaborate with the Delivery team on daily activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and work requests.
Prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.
Guide and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Communicate Workday best practices effectively, providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to clients.
Prioritize client satisfaction, actively listening to exceed their expectations and foster long-term relationships.
Foster internal relationships, share knowledge, mentor consultants, and contribute leadership to grow our practice.
Take initiative to perform or delegate related duties as required, including internal projects.
RequirementsStrong understanding of core Workday competencies (business processes, reporting, security) with deep expertise in Workday Financials functional areas.
Experience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Budgets, Expenses, Projects, and Cash Management preferred.
5 years of recent Workday experience in implementing/supporting Workday Financials.
Strong experience in Workday Financials deployments and operational support projects.
Ability to build strong client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about knowledge sharing.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Effective interaction and collaboration with clients and coworkers in a positive manner, building confidence and trust.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to consider alternative perspectives.
Job DetailsJob Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Remote
