We're on the lookout for a talented Clinical Cardiovascular Data Abstractor - AFIB to join our dynamic team. At our company, we're committed to excellence in healthcare data management. Under the guidance of our Lead Data Abstractor, you'll play a pivotal role in abstracting and coding essential information to meet the requirements of our target registry. With our innovative software, Atlas, you'll ensure accuracy and efficiency in data abstraction, contributing to improved patient care.
Job TypeInitially, this role will be part-time, offering flexibility and the convenience of a fully remote work environment.
Required Qualifications2 years of direct Cardiovascular Registry Abstraction experience within a Health System or Hospital setting.
Recent experience in abstracting, with active involvement in the past 12 months.
Proficiency in NCDR Registry abstraction (AFIB, CATH/PCI, NCDR, Chest Pain) and relevant clinical background.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, EMR proficiency, and exposure to healthcare environments.
Ability to work independently with an ownership approach to workload.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Remote training and onboarding readiness.

ResponsibilitiesCollect and enter data for multiple registries for our esteemed Healthcare clients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to complete patient encounters.
Ensure high-quality submission of data to specified registries, maintaining accuracy.
Liaise with team and reporting hospitals to streamline data management.
Provide data analysis to reporting hospital managers as needed.
Stay updated on regulatory/publicly reported data requirements.
Bonus PointsUndertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Previous experience in remote work settings.
Familiarity with SaaS, Healthtech, or Software companies.
RN or LPN credentials.
CompensationThe target wage range for this role is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, with individual rates determined by various factors such as skills, experiences, licensure, and certifications.
