Join us as a Clinical Education Program Manager, where you'll collaborate with our Director of Clinical Resources to drive initiatives supporting our network of Lactation Consultants (LCs), also known as our LC partners. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating, curating, and managing essential educational programs from conception to completion. Leveraging your strong prioritization, investigative, and problem-solving skills, you'll ensure projects are executed comprehensively, promptly, and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesIBCLC Education Program Development (75%): Your primary focus will be to brainstorm, develop, and oversee educational content for our LC partners, enriching their access to clinical and private practice resources. Collaborating with external entities, you'll implement educational content and programs. Drawing from your clinical expertise, private practice experience as an IBCLC, and dedication to lactation care, you'll spearhead projects such as educational webinars, program planning, resource creation, and more.
Cross-Functional Clinical SME (25%): As a clinical expert within our organization, you'll be relied upon for sharing industry insights, hosting partnership presentations, contributing to original lactation content, and auditing existing materials. We foster a collaborative environment where your ideas for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness are highly valued and contribute to TLN's strategic objectives.
RequirementsActive IBCLC certification (5 years) with a passion for research and knowledge sharing.
Experience as a private practice IBCLC.
2 years of experience as a Professional Development Manager or Education Programming Manager, including project management responsibilities.
Proven ability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
Strong collaboration skills with a focus on effective communication.
Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in editing, with a keen eye for version control.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable with technology and quick to grasp new technical concepts.
Goal-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Preferred QualificationsExperience managing lactation conference programming and/or webinars and workshops.
Proficiency in supporting webinar presenters with content development.
Experience managing CERPs program execution.
Familiarity with tech platforms such as Zoom, PowerPoint, Canva, Salesforce, Asana Guru, etc.
