Position Title: Clinical Network Lead (Training)
Location: Remote with regional travel requirements within Health's Eastern Region (CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV)
Role OverviewAs a Clinical Network Lead (Training), you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical and operational leadership for our 1099 New Hire provider network. This includes overseeing virtual and in-home health risk evaluations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our members.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with 1099 providers, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout their tenure with Health.
Provide proactive engagement and targeted coaching to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants within your designated region to optimize performance.
Utilize data-driven insights to conduct small group and individual coaching sessions, with a focus on driving positive outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical documentation to identify coaching opportunities and facilitate 1:1 coaching sessions as needed.
Accompany providers on in-person and virtual visits to offer support and guidance.
Identify and address compliance and quality concerns promptly, escalating as necessary.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-value services within the provider network.
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and special projects as required.
Provide real-time support to field providers as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
QualificationsBasic:
2 years of experience in health risk evaluations.
Clinical experience relevant to the member populations served.
Experience managing teams and remote employees.
Strong clinical and documentation skills.
Familiarity with health risk evaluation metrics such as HEDIS, stars, and risk-adjustment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
PreferredAdaptability to rapidly changing business needs.
Previous experience in public speaking, training, and presentations.
Experience overseeing 1099 contractors.
Working ConditionsFast-paced environment with occasional evening and weekend calls.
Regular air travel and overnight stays required.
Valid driver's license required.
CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $97,000 to $161,000, with compensation determined by location, level, and experience.
