We are currently seeking a licensed professional counselor, licensed social worker, or licensed marriage and family therapist to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight for in-home mental health services dedicated to at-risk youth and their families.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in the provision of services.
Maintain clinical supervision files and conduct quarterly job performance evaluations for all DCWs.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists.
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations through accurate documentation.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional InformationAll supervisions are currently conducted remotely from home via telehealth during the pandemic, with necessary equipment provided.
