Key ResponsibilitiesOffer clinical supervision and support to a team of clinicians, including social workers and counselors.
Conduct regular case reviews to ensure high-quality care and adherence to all relevant regulations.
Required Skills And QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Qualified to supervise Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT) and Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSW).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, specifically KIPU.
CompensationHourly Rate: $90.00 - $100.00
Expected Hours: 1-4 hours per week
