DescriptionIn this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in understanding their healthcare coverage options. Your focus will be on helping customers select the right products, services, and solutions tailored to their unique health and financial needs.
You will manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Compassionate communication is key, as you will respond to customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will identify additional needs that customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services for optimal coverage.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
