Job SummaryOur client, a leading Health and Life Insurance Brokerage firm, is looking to hire Remote Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agents. As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, fostering relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through options, resolve concerns promptly, and build lasting relationships.
ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to assess their health insurance needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable solutions.
Consult with clients to customize insurance plans that meet their unique requirements.
Identify sales opportunities proactively and suggest additional products or services.
Resolve client concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and compliance standards.
Required SkillsStrong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in inbound call centers, sales, or customer service is essential.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
Completion of a free 4-hour Federally-Facilitated-Marketplace (FFM) Certification from portal.ems.gov prior to training.
Certifications & ExperienceActive Arkansas Health/Life Insurance license.
1 Year Of Experience Selling Healthcare Marketplace Plans Preferred.Willingness to obtain Non-Resident State licenses: AL, AR, AZ, GA, IN, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA (expenses covered by employer).
Other RequirementsAbility to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.
Visual focus and concentration on a computer screen throughout shifts.
Technology RequirementsMinimum 6Mbps internet speed.
Headset with built-in microphone.
