Join Our TeamWe're looking for licensed therapists to become part of our diverse network of providers. We take care of the administrative tasks—such as new client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, support, EHR management, audits, and compliance—so you can focus on providing exceptional care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.
- Must hold a license in Hawaii.
- Ability to provide telehealth services.
- Reimbursement: $80 per session for initial or 90837 appointments (53-minute sessions).
- Payment: Direct deposit every two weeks with no unpaid claims to worry about. You'll be paid even if a patient no-shows, cancels late, or if a claim is denied.
- Flexibility: Choose how much time you want to dedicate to clients and adjust as needed.
- Flexibility: Set your own schedule, choose the type of clients you want to see, and make adjustments as you go.
- Fast Onboarding: We handle insurance credentialing and get you set up to see clients in as little as three weeks. This includes setting up your profile and training on our HIPAA-compliant EHR system.
- Reliable Referrals: We help fill your calendar quickly with clients who match your specialties.
- Administrative Support: We manage marketing, insurance verification, invoicing, and billing, so you can accept insurance without dealing with it directly. Our Support team is always available to assist you and your clients.
- Clinical Support: Our executive team includes licensed providers who ensure your perspective is considered. We offer care coordination for higher-level needs, peer reviews, practice guidelines, and clinical training resources.
- Compliance and Ethics: We adhere to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 standards, handle all record releases, and ensure our practices align with professional codes of ethics.
- Outcome Measurement: We track client progress and therapeutic outcomes to help you adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provider Community: Join a vibrant provider community with access to online forums, weekly live peer consultations, and drop-in sessions for support.
