ResponsibilitiesObtain information from healthcare providers and accurately enter data into the medical management information system to support clinical staff in applying assessment tools effectively.
Create case files for services requiring authorization and maintain precise records in all relevant systems to facilitate prompt decision-making and accurate claims processing.
Provide outstanding customer service during calls, ensuring accurate data collection and achieving established performance targets consistently.
Monitor and track customer complaints related to service requests; promptly report any complex issues or trends to management and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with management to address service-related challenges, resolve vendor issues, and optimize delivery, billing, and payment processes.
Maintain strict confidentiality of member information and adhere to company policies on confidentiality.
Provide feedback to leadership on training needs and participate in special projects as assigned.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage workload effectively and contribute to team success.
RequirementsMinimum of two years of experience in a customer service role required.
Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.Advanced proficiency in personal computer applications such as Word, Excel, or Access required.
Experience in Utilization Management and a background in healthcare are preferred.
Additional SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
