Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent healthcare providers and medical institutions in medical malpractice litigation.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Develop case strategies and oversee all aspects of the litigation process.
Prepare for trials, including depositions, witness interviews, and negotiations.
Advocate for clients in court, presenting evidence and arguing motions.
Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and fellow legal professionals to build strong defense cases.
Stay current with laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to medical malpractice.
QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in GA.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice defense.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
