QualificationsHold an advanced degree (MA) in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Science field.
Possess an active license in Ohio as an LPCC, LICSW, or IMFT.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based methodologies to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
Proven experience in delivering patient-centered therapy across the lifespan, including individuals, couples, and groups. Telehealth experience is preferred.
Commitment to ongoing training and adherence to our manualized protocols for evidence-based care pathways, particularly for suicide risk reduction.
Proficiency in computer usage and technology navigation, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent clinical documentation abilities.
Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality while meeting HIPAA requirements.
ResponsibilitiesFull-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including 30 hours of direct clinical care delivery and 10 hours of administrative tasks, training, consultation, and documentation.
Conduct initial evaluations and provide ongoing individual, couple, family, and group therapy via video-based telehealth sessions for adolescents and adults.
Participate in onboarding and training for our evidence-based care pathways, implementing protocols and interventions effectively.
Complete all necessary screening tools and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Attend monthly individual supervision/consultation sessions to review caseload and ensure quality care delivery.
Engage in Suicide Care Consultation Group meetings to drive positive outcomes and adherence to care models, with willingness to meet with a learning coach as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
CompensationAnnual salary ranging from $68,000 to $85,000, with performance incentive opportunities.
Actual compensation determined by factors such as experience level, evidence-based certifications, licensures, and language proficiency.
