• **Position Type:** Contract-to-Hire
• **Compensation:** $20.00 per hour, plus commission

### Shift Availability (Eastern Standard Time - EST)

• **Morning Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (Requires 2 days per week availability for a later shift)
• **Midday Shift:** Monday - Friday, 10:15 AM - 7:15 PM (Requires 1 day per week availability for a later shift)
• **Evening Shift:** Monday - Friday, 11:15 AM - 8:00 PM

### Training
Comprehensive training will be provided for 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
## Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls using an automatic dialer, aiming for 150-200 calls daily.
• Leverage your Health Insurance license to manage Medicare sales and deliver outstanding client service.
• Approach each interaction with empathy and patience, ensuring effective support for our clients.
