Get It Recruit - Healthcare is Hiring a Remote Specialist II, Neurosurgery - Remote | WFH

Join our team in a dynamic role where you'll play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, market leadership, and exceptional customer service. As a valued member, you'll represent our renowned products to targeted accounts and foster new customer relationships in your assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with current customers and prospects, offering comprehensive technical, marketing, and administrative support, including product demonstrations and price quoting.
Focus on both contracted and non-contracted accounts, with emphasis on Neuro and Spine surgery, spending significant time in hospital operating rooms.
Provide essential clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring seamless access to necessary equipment, device selection, and adherence to Manufacturer's Instructions for Use (IFU).
Deliver in-depth product information and training to healthcare professionals, emphasizing the best therapeutic outcomes for patients.
Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders within target accounts.
Conduct personalized sales demonstrations and training sessions for surgeons, operating room staff, and other relevant personnel.
Maintain accurate account records and submit timely activity reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activity to better serve our customers and enhance clinical outcomes.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in business/marketing or biological/physiological sciences.
Minimum of two years' sales experience, preferably in healthcare or B2B settings.
Strong account management skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer relationship management expertise.
Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
Additional InformationThis role requires occasional travel, both domestically and internationally, as well as flexibility to work weekends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
Compliance with healthcare regulations, including vaccination requirements, is mandatory.
