QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in the State of New York
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Availability for full-time hours
- Over one year of experience in any of the following areas:
- Telehealth
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Evidence-Based Practices
- Outpatient settings
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients.
- Provide various mental health services to support individualized patient recovery, primarily via telehealth through video or telephone sessions.
- Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Offer mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Maintain accurate documentation according to federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
- Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
- Set your own work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), seven days a week.
- Two days per week require working until 8:00 p.m. or completing four-hour shifts on weekends.
- No on-call responsibilities required.
