ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be the frontline of customer support, receiving and responding to inquiries from our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat interactions from clients and candidates, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Leveraging various business applications and databases to gather information, resolve issues, and document interactions accurately.
- Enhancing customer relationships by displaying empathy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge through rigorous training programs, ensuring you stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry best practices.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- 2 years of experience in customer-facing or knowledge delivery roles.
- Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and ISPs.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills are a plus.
