Job Title: Remote Benefit Enrollment Specialist
We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Benefit Enrollment Specialists. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives by guiding them through the process of enrolling in and updating their health care and pension plans.
Position OverviewAs a Benefit Enrollment Specialist, you'll provide top-tier customer service to our valued clients. You'll have the freedom to take the time necessary to ensure each client receives the highest level of care and attention. This is primarily a remote position, with occasional on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process for health care and pension plans
  • Assist clients in making updates to their existing plans
  • Build rapport quickly and respond to customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Customize your approach to meet diverse communication styles and personalities
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy laws
  • Translate complex health, welfare, and pension terms into easily understandable explanations
  • Maintain accurate and professional documentation of all interactions
  • Participate regularly in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance is beneficial but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
Location and Schedule:
  • This is a remote position with occasional on-site requirements
  • Candidates must live within a 2-hour radius of our office
  • Full-time role (32-40 hours per week)
  • Flexible shifts available between 8 AM and 11 PM (shift determined after training)
  • Multiple start dates available
Compensation
  • Regular Pay: $16.50 per hour
  • Bilingual Pay (French or Spanish): $17.25 per hour
