**Job Description** Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the tech startup ecosystem? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive our growth by selling financial operations, people operations, and risk services to early-stage technology companies. What You'll Do
Lead, craft, and execute sales strategies to fuel our business growth.
Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Network with entrepreneurs, founders, and startup professionals at industry events and co-working spaces.
Develop relationships with key service providers to generate referrals.
Perform needs analyses of potential clients and coordinate sales efforts with cross-functional team members.
Prepare persuasive proposals that effectively present our services to prospective clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the set schedule.
What You'll Bring**Must Haves:**
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to speak persuasively, listen actively, and present numerical data effectively.
Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans.
Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and translate knowledge into action.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with expectations to visit client locations and attend associated events.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.
