Client Experience Manager - Hybrid Remote (Portland, OR)

We're seeking a Client Experience Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. As part of our close-knit remote team, you'll play a vital role in managing our flagship programs, ensuring seamless execution, and enhancing client satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesFlagship Program Management:
  • Attend and facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Track member attendance and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Manage program calendars and schedules.
  • Conduct new member orientation.
Client Interaction & Support
  • Provide guidance and support to clients over the phone or via email.
  • Address client concerns, offer solutions, and resolve issues or complaints.
  • Assist clients with website features, program access, and member connections.
Event Support
  • Scout and book venues for in-person training events.
  • Oversee event logistics, hospitality, and design.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful events.
  • Attend and provide support at all in-person events (currently 8 per year).
Speaking Events
  • Manage the CEO's speaking engagements from start to finish.
  • Travel with the CEO to speaking events and provide on-site assistance.
Marketing Initiatives Support
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team, relay client insights, and suggest strategy adjustments.
  • Assist with program-related marketing projects as needed.
  • Create engagement metrics and reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Client Experience Manager or similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, Acuity, Kajabi, and similar programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and respond effectively to urgent situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, clients, and executives.
  • Familiarity with basic office management procedures.
  • A proactive approach to task and initiative management.
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
  • Resourcefulness and self-motivation.
Conditions Of Employment
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
Compensation And Benefits
  • $80,000 annual salary.
  • 10 days of paid personal time off.
  • 10 days of paid sick time.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Retirement program.
  • Medical and dental benefits.
  • 36-hour workweek (on non-event weeks).
  • Paid holidays include New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving (3 days), and a full week off during the Winter Holiday (December 25 - January 2).
Work Location:
This position involves working at the CEO's residence 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility of remote work for the remaining days. Travel is required throughout the year, on average 6 - 8 times per year.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Some evening hours required during live events.
