Get It Recruit - Hospitality is Hiring a Remote Client Partner - Remote | WFH

Are you a passionate, strategic seller with a hunter mindset who thrives on managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals? We are seeking a talented Client Partner to join our rapidly growing media company dedicated to connecting brands with diverse audiences. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by serving as a trusted advisor to deeply understand our clients' unique goals and partner with them to achieve success.
As a Client Partner, you will work closely with our commercial team, stakeholders, and creative staff to develop and execute an exceptional creative proposition and product. You will act as a steward for our company in the marketplace, ensuring clear understanding of our value proposition among internal teams, clients, and agency partners.
This multifaceted position requires a diverse skill set spanning strategic account planning, forecasting, salesmanship, digital advertising and media expertise, a keen eye for creative excellence, and an understanding of the production process. You must be an energetic, highly motivated, and committed team player capable of maximizing profitable opportunities for both the advertiser and our company, while working independently in a fast-paced environment to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Devise account strategies for long-term profitable growth, positioning our company as a thought partner and business leader.
  • Generate and increase revenue from new and existing advertising agencies and brands to meet annual goals.
  • Continuously expand your industry network to gather market intelligence, secure referrals, and identify prospects.
  • Explore untapped revenue sources.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and execute sales calls, utilizing our guidelines and prioritizing the best inventory interests.
  • Develop and deliver creative advertising campaigns and media plans tailored to each client.
  • Oversee linear and digital execution, from pre-sell through post-recap, ensuring superior customer service.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and travel as needed.
  • Provide insight and expertise on our solutions during agency pitches for new business.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of selling to or consulting with brands, agencies, corporate, media, or enterprise customers while driving revenue and transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in multi-platform media or advertising sales, with a focus on Video, OLV, OTT, Streaming, and Programmatic.
  • Proven ability to provide thorough daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting metrics and communicate them effectively.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, client relation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and leadership abilities.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and positive attitude.
  • Proven track record of sales success, comfortable selling 5-7 figure deals, and experience building your own book of business.
  • Expertise in consultative selling approaches, new business prospecting, and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ongoing learning opportunities and work independently in a cross-functional capacity when necessary.
  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and objectives of the organization.
We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits program includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, health savings accounts, paid time off, company-paid holidays, family and personal sick and safe time, and a 401(k) plan.
