Exciting Opportunity for an Insurance Sales Concierge
Are you an experienced insurance sales professional with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our rapidly growing team as an Insurance Sales Concierge.
In this role, you will be part of a new concierge team dedicated to serving returning clients whose original agent has left the company. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture relationships with existing customers and earn the opportunity to insure more of their rental property portfolio.
As An Insurance Sales Concierge, You Will

• Play a vital role in establishing workflows and protocols for this new function within the organization.
• Expertly blend sales and account management skills to build strong connections with clients.
• Swiftly respond to customer inquiries and quote requests via phone, SMS, and email.
• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance our offerings continuously.
• Focus solely on sales activities, while any servicing needs are handled by our dedicated client experience team.

To Thrive In This Role, You Should Possess

• A minimum of two years of proven success as a high-performing, licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and a consultative sales approach.
• Above-average computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• A self-driven, disciplined, and ambitious mindset.
• The willingness to go the extra mile to achieve your goals.

Qualifications

• An active Property and Casualty insurance license in your resident state (we will assist with obtaining non-resident licenses).
• Working knowledge of Homeowners/Dwelling Fire policies.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive total compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $115,000, including a higher-than-industry-standard base salary and uncapped commission earning potential.
