Job OverviewEmbrace the opportunity to lead and manage construction management and commissioning efforts for our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility with remote work options while requiring travel to project sites.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop tailored construction management and commissioning work plans for each project.
Coordinate pre-construction planning remotely before mobilizing to field sites.
Lead and oversee on-site construction management and commissioning staff.
Monitor project progress in terms of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
Identify and mitigate potential construction and commissioning risks.
Provide comprehensive reports on project status and costs to stakeholders.
Facilitate constructive project performance review meetings.
QualificationsExtensive experience in power plant construction management and start-up testing (20 years).
Proven leadership experience (15 years), adept at team building and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of construction labor management and project controls.
Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and manage adversarial situations effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work remotely and travel to various project locations as needed.
