ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Strategy:
Lead a talented sales team to exceed revenue goals and foster strong client relationships.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives, with a focus on expanding our global group sales.
Direct Sales And Account ManagementDrive revenue growth through strategic sales calls and effective negotiation of corporate agreements.
Innovate and implement creative sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and maximize existing accounts.
New Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute strategic plans to target and secure new global accounts, leveraging industry insights and networking opportunities.
Revenue OptimizationUtilize revenue management techniques to enhance profitability, including setting competitive room rates and implementing group sales strategies.
Analyze financial performance metrics and contribute to forecasting efforts to support organizational goals.
Client Relations And Service ExcellenceMaintain meticulous client records and ensure exceptional service delivery through professional and ethical interactions.
Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
Additional ContributionsEngage with community and industry organizations to enhance our market presence and contribute to the overall success of our team.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in hotel sales, with at least 5 years in a global or commercial sales role.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in sales techniques, yield management, and customer relationship management is essential.
Physical Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% and occasionally engage in physical activities such as walking, standing, and lifting.
