We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a remote capacity, specifically targeting candidates located in the Northeast Ohio region.
Your ResponsibilitiesProject Management:
- Oversee and manage Creative Services projects from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule various projects, from large campaigns to smaller initiatives.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, establish efficient workflows, and use project management tools for task assignment and timeline structuring.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Maintain branded templates, manage creative materials for events, and track project metrics.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and collaborate with teams for successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project details clearly, negotiate timelines, and manage vendor relations to ensure smooth project progression.
- Proactively address project issues to prevent delays and maintain momentum.
- Adjust resources based on workload and metrics for optimal efficiency.
- Strive for continuous improvement in Creative Services processes and manage invoices and custom ordering sites.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or production.
- Proficient in design and production processes, web-based project management tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service approach and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and effective communication abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on agility and initiative.
- Influential leadership and a customer-focused perspective.
- Strong marketing knowledge and exceptional project management skills.
