Responsibilities Include
- Managing link creation and maintenance
- Crafting and scheduling LTK posts
- Generating performance reports
- Strategically communicating with creators
- Creating engaging collages
- Tracking performance data and program organization
- Engaging with creators via various channels
- Collaborating with the team on operational tasks
- Curate content for creators' LTK shops
- Post on behalf of creators to enhance their online presence
- Design Canva collages for program participants
- Implement best practices for LTK shops
- Review social media channels for optimization opportunities
- Support team resource management and training initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in social media and influencer marketing
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms
- Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach
- Self-motivated and capable of remote work
- Commitment to operational excellence and collaborative teamwork
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
- Openness to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
