Position Summary: Critical Care Implementation Nurse
As a Critical Care Implementation Nurse, you will play a vital role in introducing and educating healthcare professionals on the latest medical technology solutions. This hybrid role combines on-site implementation support and remote clinical liaison responsibilities, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient care while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to client hospitals to facilitate the implementation of new technology and provide comprehensive clinical education and training.
  • Serve as a remote clinical liaison, supporting clients and streamlining processes to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the technology.
Qualifications
  • Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as an ICU/Critical Care nurse, with a strong passion for educating and training fellow clinicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time to client hospitals throughout the United States.
