We're seeking a passionate technical expert to join our team as a Customer Success Architect, focusing on our Privacy Management product within our Privacy & Data Governance Cloud. Your MissionAs a Customer Success Architect, you'll play a crucial role in transforming how organizations manage privacy, security, and compliance. You'll be part of a team of technical architects, consultants, and product specialists dedicated to ensuring customer success through strategic guidance and expert advice. Key Responsibilities
Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technology leaders
Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents
Lead workshops and provide high-level solution recommendations
Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and learning events
Provide strategic subject matter expertise in advisory sessions and pre-sales support
Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps and technical architectures
Translate strategic needs into practical technology-driven solutions
Identify and analyze strategic issues, recommending appropriate courses of action
Present effectively to both implementation teams and C-level executives
Advocate for customers by providing insights to the Product organization
Refine internal processes based on customer feedback and industry standards

CompensationFor candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, the annual base pay range for this role is $67,500—$101,250 USD. Individual pay is determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education/training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions.
