The ChallengeAs privacy regulations evolve globally, organizations face increasing complexity in safeguarding personal information. By 2025, an estimated 75% of the world's population will have their personal data protected by modern privacy laws. We're seeking a passionate technical expert to join our team as a Customer Success Architect, focusing on our Privacy Management product within our Privacy & Data Governance Cloud.
Your MissionAs a Customer Success Architect, you'll play a crucial role in transforming how organizations manage privacy, security, and compliance. You'll be part of a team of technical architects, consultants, and product specialists dedicated to ensuring customer success through strategic guidance and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technology leaders
  • Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents
  • Lead workshops and provide high-level solution recommendations
  • Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and learning events
  • Provide strategic subject matter expertise in advisory sessions and pre-sales support
  • Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps and technical architectures
  • Translate strategic needs into practical technology-driven solutions
  • Identify and analyze strategic issues, recommending appropriate courses of action
  • Present effectively to both implementation teams and C-level executives
  • Advocate for customers by providing insights to the Product organization
  • Refine internal processes based on customer feedback and industry standards
  • Manage multiple strategic engagements simultaneously
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers
  • Mentor team members and customers to enhance their skills and understanding
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve products and services
Ideal Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
  • Strategic thinking and quick learning capabilities
  • Strong communication skills, especially in explaining complex concepts
  • Proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships
  • Expertise in privacy and security consulting, implementation, and advisory roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and perform under pressure
  • Familiarity with privacy, ethics, security, compliance, or sustainability concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of privacy management products and their business applications
  • Experience with cloud architecture, multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure
  • Technical skills in cloud architecture, containerization, scripting, and database management
  • Understanding of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US, CIPT, FIP, GRCP, GRCA, CRISC, or CTPRP)

CompensationFor candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, the annual base pay range for this role is $67,500—$101,250 USD. Individual pay is determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education/training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions.
