Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to nurture and grow our partnerships with ophthalmology practices across the United States.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our innovative care management platform. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review key performance metrics and trends, and develop proactive strategies to enhance results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Expansion Planning: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts, working closely with our sales team to onboard new practices and providers.
  • Care Team Liaison: Collaborate with our dedicated care team, acting as the primary liaison between our clients and the care coordinators supporting their patients.
  • Reporting and Business Reviews: Prepare and present comprehensive reports, monthly service utilization updates, and quarterly business reviews to practice leadership.
  • Pilot Success: Provide exceptional oversight and troubleshooting during the initial 90-day period following new practice launches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of successfully retaining and developing customer relationships, preferably in healthcare or specialty clinics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, trends, and performance metrics
  • Customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering an exceptional partner experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), project management software, and other relevant technologies
  • Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 25%) for launches, business meetings, and events
