About The RoleA prominent pharmaceutical company in Boston is seeking a visionary Director of Clinical Research to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by overseeing cutting-edge clinical trials from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a talented team of clinical research professionals
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical trial programs
- Design innovative trial protocols that push the boundaries of medical science
- Oversee the entire clinical research process, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, data management, and medical affairs
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and at scientific conferences
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in clinical research methodologies and technologies
- PhD, MD, or equivalent in a relevant scientific field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully designing and executing clinical trials
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and ICH guidelines
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
