*Your Impact*
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales team's success. Your expertise will be instrumental in:
  • Pursuing new business opportunities
  • Upselling and cross-selling our solutions
  • Providing subject matter expertise
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations
  • Assessing the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams
As the face of our company, you will represent us at conferences, industry events, and public speaking engagements across North America. Your passion for the hospitality industry, combined with your ability to understand and address our clients' challenges, will make you an invaluable asset.
*What You'll Bring*
  • A minimum of 5 years of hotel revenue management experience, with a proven track record in a Director of Revenue role
  • Experience across various property types (city center, conference, alternative accommodations, resort, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% annually to engage with clients and attend industry events
  • Familiarity with the hospitality technology ecosystem
  • Confidence and poise when speaking in front of large audiences
  • Comfort working in a remote role, demonstrating independence and self-motivation
  • Ability to understand complex customer business problems and align our solutions to their needs
  • Skill in preparing and delivering value-based product demonstrations
  • Reputation as a trusted advisor, leveraging product expertise and industry knowledge
  • Partnership with sales to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with C-level executives
  • Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to shape our product roadmap
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey technical concepts
  • Talent for tailoring our solutions to each client's unique needs
  • Commitment to ongoing learning about our products and industry trends
  • Multilingual skills (French and/or Spanish) are a plus
