Title: Regional Sales Director
Are you a proven leader with a passion for customer experience and social media? Join our dynamic Enterprise Sales Team and drive the success of a top-flight software solution that transforms how global brands interact with their customers.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing sales team dedicated to achieving ambitious revenue targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales representatives, fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual recurring revenue targets of $2 - $5 million.
  • Leading by example, actively participating in client engagements, and guiding your team through the complexities of enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices, including MEDDPICC, force management, and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Nurturing productive partnerships with cross-functional teams, including solutions consultancy and corporate marketing.
  • Analyzing sales data, identifying potential challenges, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
  • 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others through coaching and mentorship.
  • A deep understanding of the customer experience revolution and the impact of social media on global brands.
  • Expertise in building strong relationships and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and prospects effectively.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and the willingness to travel extensively and leverage creative methods to drive business growth.
