Your primary responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales representatives, fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual recurring revenue targets of $2 - $5 million.
Leading by example, actively participating in client engagements, and guiding your team through the complexities of enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
Ensuring adherence to best practices, including MEDDPICC, force management, and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
Nurturing productive partnerships with cross-functional teams, including solutions consultancy and corporate marketing.
5 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others through coaching and mentorship.
A deep understanding of the customer experience revolution and the impact of social media on global brands.
Expertise in building strong relationships and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and prospects effectively.
