We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Event and Program Manager to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in coordinating a variety of events, both in-person and virtual, ensuring they run smoothly from planning through to execution. Additionally, you'll assist in managing key campaign and product launches, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination: Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and product launches. Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation. Develop and maintain event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and manage invoices. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors for successful event delivery. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Program And Project ManagementAssist in coordinating and managing key campaign and product launches. Collaborate with teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve potential project obstacles to keep initiatives on track. Contribute to program strategy development to achieve organizational objectives. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in event planning and execution, ideally encompassing both in-person and virtual settings. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience managing budgets and collaborating with vendors. Creative problem-solving skills with an adaptable approach to changing circumstances. Preferred QualificationsCertification in event management or project management. Five years of experience with event registration platforms and virtual event technology. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of industry trends within Life Sciences. Understanding of best practices in event planning and program management.
