What You'll DoAs an Event Technology & Registration Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing both in-person and digital events of various sizes. You'll be the key liaison for our clients, ensuring seamless registration processes and optimizing digital platforms to enhance attendee experiences.
ResponsibilitiesLead the coordination of medium to large-scale events, overseeing everything from registration platform setup to digital tool configuration.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to scope and execute customized event experiences.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet project goals and exceed client expectations.
Act as a knowledgeable resource on event technology tools, providing expertise on functionality and troubleshooting solutions.
Conduct client meetings and demonstrations, delivering presentations with confidence and clarity.
Coordinate onsite event logistics, including badge security and attendee support plans.
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in corporate settings.
Proven track record of successfully managing high-touch projects from conception through execution.
Familiarity with event technology platforms like Cvent, Rainfocus, Stova, etc.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a focus on detail and quality.
