Executive Assistant (Part-Time)
Salary: $20-22 per hour

The RoleIn this pivotal role, you'll serve as the right-hand support to our Owner & Founder, tackling day-to-day tasks with precision and initiative. You'll collaborate with our administrative team on company-wide initiatives, driving operational excellence through your expertise. Supported by a stable work environment and dedicated management, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, deliver top-notch work consistently, and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our practice with warmth and professionalism in all interactions
  • Manage calendars, events, and communication for the Owner & Founder
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the Owner & Founder and staff, vendors, or external sources
  • Provide clerical and administrative support, including inbox management, meeting recording, and project tracking
  • Collaborate with team members on company-wide projects and initiatives
  • Consistently work towards achieving goals and providing high-quality work
  • Undertake other general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Warm, open, and collaborative personality, willing to engage with others daily
  • Operationally focused with the ability to anticipate problems, set goals, and troubleshoot independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal/external individuals in various circumstances (in-person, on the phone, and in writing)
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently prioritize and complete a variety of tasks
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A personal and business-related growth mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel, G-Suite apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.), Apple products (iPads, Macs, iPhones), client management software, and basic PowerPoint skills
  • Working knowledge of the mental health field, confidentiality for patient health information, and HIPAA compliance
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive in communication, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work productively in both remote and in-person settings

Education & Experience
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare, office administration, human resources, hospitality, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general office environment with progressively increasing responsibility or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in the mental health field is a plus, but not required
