Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage logistics for conferences, including vendor coordination and travel arrangements
- Coordinate local industry events in various regions, ensuring alignment with the sales team
- Organize roadshows by selecting appropriate venues, arranging accommodations, and booking flights
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategic opportunities for regional events
- Handle event registrations, attendee communication, and on-site support for seamless execution
- Develop event materials and promotional content
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and recommend improvements
- Maintain relationships with industry organizations, vendors, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance event effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a related role
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
