As a Part-Time Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, engaging with prospective members at various events, classes, and seminars. Your role will involve delivering compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of our membership, primarily during evenings and weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptional public speaking skills and natural ability to build relationships
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn uncapped income based on performance
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, expanding organization
- Passionate about promoting self-defense education and community security
- Disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Represent our organization professionally at speaking engagements and events, typically 1-2 evenings per week and weekends, within a 60-mile radius of your home
- Guide potential customers in selecting the most suitable products and services
- Manage the member enrollment process using technology to track and report sales activity
- Competitive compensation: Base salary plus tiered commission structure, with potential weekly earnings of $500-$900
