ResponsibilitiesIn this Customer Service role, you will:
Help customers feel more confident and make clearer decisions regarding their financial dreams.
Assist with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, and finding resources.
Join a cohort of associates and spend the first six months training to become a Financial Customer Associate, starting with basic customer calls and progressing to more sophisticated interactions.
Support customers through multiple channels, including voice and digital, while participating in team activities and receiving career coaching.
Have the option to acquire your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, depending on your career path.

Shifts and Hours
Monday - Friday
Training hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM MST.
Post-training, you must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM MST.
