ResponsibilitiesIn this Customer Service role, you will:
  • Help customers feel more confident and make clearer decisions regarding their financial dreams.
  • Assist with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, and finding resources.
  • Join a cohort of associates and spend the first six months training to become a Financial Customer Associate, starting with basic customer calls and progressing to more sophisticated interactions.
  • Support customers through multiple channels, including voice and digital, while participating in team activities and receiving career coaching.
  • Have the option to acquire your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, depending on your career path.

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test.

Shifts and Hours
  • Monday - Friday
  • Training hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM MST.
  • Post-training, you must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM MST.
