Your ResponsibilitiesLead a passionate team across the US and Mexico, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Oversee property-level reporting and corporate financial analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that enhance our accounting systems and processes.
Drive efficiency and automation through the adoption of new technologies, streamlining reconciliation processes and improving reporting accuracy.
Serve as a key liaison between our executive team, board of directors, and external partners, communicating financial performance and insights effectively.
QualificationsCPA license with a minimum of 12 years of experience in accounting and reporting roles within the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong understanding of hotel management agreement reporting standards, lease accounting, and GAAP principles.
Experience with corporate-level reporting and analysis, with a focus on driving business insights and strategy.
Familiarity with accounting software and tools, with a preference for experience in Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, SQL, or Looker.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and empower your team to strive for excellence.
