Developing communications and marketing content for the Navigator program.
Creating and implementing outreach strategies to connect with individuals needing health insurance, including:
Rural communities
Low-income individuals
American Indians
Racial and ethnic minorities
LGBTQ individuals
Medicaid-eligible consumers not currently enrolled
Your efforts will directly assist member health centers in serving low-income, geographically isolated, minority, homeless, and migrant populations across North and South Dakota. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, communications, marketing, or related field (preferred)
Commitment to understanding the challenges faced by individuals with health coverage barriers
Experience in graphic design or related fields (marketing, art, video/audio production)
Advanced digital skills, including proficiency with:
Adobe Creative Suite
WordPress
Microsoft applications
Social media platforms
Background or knowledge in healthcare or health insurance (preferred)
Experience in non-profit environments (a plus)
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
