In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing the day-to-day operations of our Accounting department. From reporting to budgeting, forecasting to audit and control, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial data to guide informed decision-making.
What You'll DoOversee the Accounting department's daily operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
Provide accurate and timely financial data to empower management decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement best practices.
What We're Looking ForA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with financial software such as Delphi, EZSuite, Sage, Ceridian Dayforce, and Agilysys.
3-6 years of financial and management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Experience in hospitality accounting, including hotels, golf resorts, and HOA environments, is highly desirable.
