Job DescriptionJoin us in promoting excellence in hospitality management! As a Hospitality Management Trainer, you'll be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing service standards, policies, and procedures across our network of properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading engaging workshops and training sessions both remotely and occasionally in person.
Developing and refining training programs to ensure they meet the needs of our diverse team members.
Covering a wide array of skills including guest service, safety, sales, marketing, and leadership.
Providing personalized training solutions to meet specific property needs and requests.
Collaborating with our team to continually improve and innovate our training offerings.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5-8 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in hotel administration, education, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills: Strong presentation skills, ability to design effective training curriculum, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Hotel Trainer (CHT), or similar.
