OpportunityJoin us as a Temporary Hospitality Recruiter and play a pivotal role in our team for the next few months. You'll be instrumental in sourcing top talent to support our corporate offices and managed hotel properties.
ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess suitability for various roles.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring process.
Extend job offers and assist with the onboarding of new hires.
Provide outstanding support and service to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.
QualificationsEducation: A degree at the associate or bachelor's level is required.
Experience: You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred Experience: Previous recruitment experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
