Your RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You'll coach and mentor leaders, develop and implement strategic people initiatives, and drive our diversity and inclusion efforts. You'll collaborate with various business partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions that drive our business forward.
Your SuccessTo thrive in this role, you'll need strong consulting and influencing skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep understanding of business and analytics. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for supporting employees and helping them grow.
**Location & Schedule:**
This position is based in Denver, CO, with a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote.
Your Responsibilities
  • **Coach & Develop:** Work with managers and employees to address issues, enforce policies, and provide coaching on leadership and employee relations.
  • **Talent Management:** Help define the organization's talent needs, including structure and staffing.
  • **Culture & Support:** Act as a key culture leader, counseling employees on work-related challenges and guiding managers on implementing HR programs.
  • **Change Agent:** Facilitate the growth and development of our people.
  • **Training & Compliance:** Assist in developing and facilitating training initiatives, and partner with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to policies and laws.
  • **Recruitment & Data Management:** Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage job postings and internal transfers, and apply analytical skills to collect and synthesize data.
  • **Communication:** Develop basic communication materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and employment-related correspondence.
  • **Travel:** Some travel may be required.
