Job DescriptionWe're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Insurance Product Developer to join our Commercial Lines team. Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, develop, and launch new General Liability insurance products to meet the evolving needs of our commercial clients.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Evaluate and implement price adjustments by state to ensure product profitability while remaining competitive.
- Collaborate closely with our underwriting team to refine risk rating processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall effectiveness of our underwriting procedures.
- Design and update policies, forms, rates, and rules to align with our program strategies and market demands.
- Liaise with various levels of management to coordinate operations and project timelines effectively.
- Competitive starting salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual performance-based bonuses and cost of living adjustments.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, and vision coverage.
- Long-term incentives such as profit sharing, matched 401(k) contributions, and stock options.
- Paid relocation assistance to our Southwest location, if desired.

- Bachelor's degree (field not specified, but degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields are preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance product development, market analysis, or underwriting.
- Knowledge of commercial general liability insurance products and markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- CPCU designation is a plus.
