The RoleWe're seeking a Senior Security Product Manager to lead our security platform initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving both internal and external security products, with a focus on risk management, vulnerability assessment, compliance frameworks, and company-wide security awareness.

The RoleWe're seeking a Senior Security Product Manager to lead our security platform initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving both internal and external security products, with a focus on risk management, vulnerability assessment, compliance frameworks, and company-wide security awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the organization's security strategy and roadmap
- Partner with engineering teams to build and scale internal, developer-facing security products
- Develop and execute Customer Trust & Safety strategies across multiple R&D and Business teams
- Coordinate large-scale remediation efforts for Compliance, Vulnerability, and Risk Management programs
- Foster a culture of security awareness among all employees
- Drive product innovation by staying current with the latest security trends and technologies
- 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering security-focused products
- Extensive knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Cloud security controls
- Strong data-driven approach with experience in tracking product success metrics
- Proven track record in establishing roadmaps and optimizing ROI through smart decision-making
- Ability to influence stakeholders across Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'can-do' attitude, comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $220,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
