Title: Lead SAP Functional Analyst (Transport Management)
Are you an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with a passion for transportation management systems? We're seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Lead SAP Functional Analyst to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of our SAP Transportation Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the overall technical architecture and design for our SAP S/4 HANA TMS implementation.
• Ensure software delivery excellence through continuous improvement, adherence to best practices, and implementation of principles.
• Document major processes and development milestones, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging technology trends and industry best practices.
• Develop and support enterprise architecture strategies, guiding principles, processes, policies, and standards.
• Analyze business and user needs, ensuring solutions align with requirements throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Modify, maintain, and update complex TMS configurations and program routines.
• Educate teams on workflows, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by TMS modules or other application systems.
• Define, test, train, implement, and support functional areas within the TMS System or other ERP application systems.
• Monitor developers, ensuring adherence to software development methods, processes, and implementation standards.
• Manage project plans, scope, risk, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Manage work relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Ensure solutions align with the organization's long-term IT strategy and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of relevant experience configuring, deploying, and managing EWM solutions.
• 5 years of hands-on Functional experience in SAP Transportation Management, with a minimum of 1-2 end-to-end implementations on S/4 HANA.
• Solid knowledge of SAP TM Master Data, including Business Partner, Dangerous Goods, transportation network (Locations, Routes, Zones), and resources (vehicles, Trailers, HU).
• Extensive experience with OTR (order-based) and DTR (delivery-based) processes, including Selection, planning profiles, Condition optimizer planning and scheduling, Freight Execution Carrier selection, Tendering, and cost distribution.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP TM Charge Management, including Rate Tables, Scales, Calculation Sheets, and Freight Agreements.
• Proven experience integrating SAP TM with other areas such as SAP EWM, Freight Collaboration, SAP LBN, Project 44, and third-party software like PC Miler and SMC3.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and collaborate effectively with customers and partners.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment, using soft skills to collaborate and motivate teams.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality outcomes, even under tight timelines.
• Experience working with multi-geographic teams and matrix organizations, handling multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience with Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, and Agile methodology (preferred).
• Proven ability to solve highly complex problems within a work team.
• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Willingness to travel periodically to visit Distribution centers and plants, collaborating with teams on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Nice To Have

• Hands-on experience with SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN), especially Dock Appointment Scheduling.
• Knowledge of ABAP Development, Debugging, custom objects (BADI, functional modules, ALV Reports).
• Experience integrating TMS with Maxload.
