We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel requirements. As an Account Executive, you will provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support for all aspects of client relationships, ensuring we deliver responsive, effective, and cost-efficient marketing solutions that drive our clients' businesses forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and credibility with clients and partners through remote and in-person interactions.
  • Develop thoughtful, organized, and insightful project and initiative briefing documents.
  • Create and manage project plans for assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain organized workspaces and set up other agency teams for success.
  • Keep management and clients informed of account status, KPIs, challenges, and opportunities through regular reports, updates, and presentations (remote or on-site).
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client preferences and brand standards, and effectively share and document this knowledge with team members.
  • Resolve day-to-day client requests and challenges, consulting account leadership when necessary.
  • Interpret client input, feedback, and priorities into actionable steps for the internal team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and attend approved conferences and professional development activities annually.
  • Lead the development of accurate and thorough Scope of Work (SOW) documents and Project Change Orders (PCNs) in collaboration with internal team members.
  • Prepare project and initiative billing per approved Scope of Works.
  • Participate in creating case studies, videos, and articles that showcase the agency's capabilities to internal and external audiences.
  • Attend required employee orientation, training, department meetings, and agency summits (may require overnight/weekend travel).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of agency experience.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and excellent client service skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing and agency-related technologies and trends.
  • Ability to evaluate creative work and think strategically.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, organized, and concise communications.
  • Proactive approach and commitment to overdelivering.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment among cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues as needed.
  • Experience serving as a conductor of a team across functions (creative, strategy, production).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Overall understanding of the advertising industry, creative processes, and associated deliverables across various media (digital, planning, analytics, social, tech, event, Public Relations, print, etc.).
  • Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.
