Your Future Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell our award-winning SaaS solutions to SMBs within your designated region. You'll be tasked with identifying potential new customers, building your own prospect list, managing an existing book of business, and driving revenue growth through quick and efficient sales cycles. This is a fast-paced role where success is measured by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Based in or near Stockton, CA, you'll work to identify opportunities and close deals swiftly. You'll have the freedom to work from home and manage your own mobile operating rhythm, allowing you to maximize your productivity and efficiency.
While this is a work-from-home position, you'll need to reside in or near the city of the job posting to facilitate in-person client visits and better understand their business needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to uncover pain points and provide solutions to SMBs
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Drive and motivation to meet sales KPIs
  • Prospect for new customers as well as maintain relationships with current customers
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure KPIs and targets are met
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working and generating new business in an autonomous B2B client-facing role without supervision
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and the ability to build their own prospect list
  • Drive and motivation to meet sales KPIs
  • Ability to close deals quickly
  • Desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
Basic Qualifications
  • Up to 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven record of prospecting and cold calling experience
  • Tech-savvy
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record required, no multiple infractions within the last 12 months
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of outside sales experience
  • Proven success in new business acquisition
  • Experience in up-selling Software Solutions
  • Desire to achieve and be competitive with an optimistic attitude

The on-target earnings ("OTE") (base commissions) for this position is $99k to $110k USD per year in most US locations.
